Enrolments for our 3 Year Old and 4 Year Old groups are managed by the Monash City Council.

  • All applications must be lodged before June 30th of the year prior to the relevant year of preschool.
  • Enrolment is done using the Monash City Council Online Portal – see Monash City Council Enrolments Page for more information.
  • Each enrolment application must be submitted with the required documentation.

Letters of Offer
Letters offering the child a place at the preschool are emailed by Monash City Council from late July, the year prior to attending. Families are required to Accept or Reject the offer by the required date.

Once the offer is accepted from the council and the Preschool is notified, a Welcome Pack is sent to you from the preschool with the required forms.

Please be aware that your child is only eligible for kindergarten funding at one service. As Appletree Hill Preschool does not receive any additional funding from families, you will be required to nominate the preschool to receive your child’s kindergarten funding.

Withdrawing from Preschool
Families who withdraw their child during the year must give at least one term’s notice.
